Snow and Ice
We’ve had an embarrassingly small amount of snow in Cork but the clear skies have meant that it hasn’t thawed since Tuesday and has instead turned to ice. I hate ice.

Brown, White and Blue
Looking back from where the road through the Gap of Dunloe meets the main Killarney-Kenmare road. From what I remember, this was a polariser and ND4 grad. Gorgeous ain’t it?
Fading Snow
At 5am, it was apparently white all over. By 9am, most of the snow had faded and there was just a few patches clinging on in sheltered spots.
Cork Airport in the Snow
During a quick “coffee break” I walked down to airport in the 2-3hour long snow flurry. Freezing cold and windy, the departures lounge looked tempting.
