Moon at Sunrise
On Easter Sunday my daughter learnt a valuable lesson: If you wake Daddy at sunrise, he’s going to drag you outside in your pyjamas with a camera and tripod. In fairness, she loved it although her mother was less enthusiastic :)

At this time of year, the sun sets behind a mountain but does so at a nice angle which highlights the channels cut into the turf

Ok, I really needed some foreground interest here but I love the way the shadow falls neatly across the bog and the golden light higlights the mountain.
