Medieval Festival
One of the many historical characters at the Carrigtwohill Medieval Festival who demonstrated what their lives were like. I can’t recommend this event highly enough… fun for all the family and very well executed. The jousting was a real highlight of the day
Doonagore Castle
Probably one of the more often photographed castles in Clare. A HDR composition of 4 exposures, merged with Enfuse. I must admit, I quite like this one!

When I took this I didn’t notice the children giving the thumbs-down to the evil dark knight. A nice touch I think
